Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Processing time

Most orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Custom printed apparel and merchandise is made to order and takes 2 to 7 business days to produce before it ships. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Where your order ships from

Some items ship from our store in Lake Jackson, TX. Many new books ship directly from our book distributor's warehouse, and printed merchandise ships from our print partner. If your order includes items from more than one source, you may receive more than one package. You only pay shipping once.

Shipping rates and delivery times

  • Standard: $8.00, arrives in 3 to 5 business days after processing
  • Free Standard Shipping on orders of $50 or more
  • Express: $15.00, arrives in 1 to 2 business days after processing

Rates are shown at checkout. Delivery times are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed.

Pre-orders

Pre-order items ship when they are released. If your order includes a pre-order and in-stock items, the in-stock items may ship first.

Local pickup

Choose local pickup at checkout to collect your order free at The Scholar's Source, 458 Plantation Dr, Lake Jackson, TX 77566. We will email you when your order is ready. Pickup hours are Tuesday through Saturday 10 AM to 8 PM and Sunday 12 PM to 6 PM. We are closed Mondays. Orders not picked up within 14 days may be cancelled and refunded.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Lost, late, or damaged packages

If your package shows as delivered but you cannot find it, please check with neighbors and your local post office, then contact us within 7 days. If your order arrives damaged, email a photo to us within 7 days of delivery and we will replace or refund the item.

Address errors

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If a package is returned to us, we will contact you to reship it at your cost or refund the order minus shipping.

TikTok Shop orders

Orders placed through TikTok Shop follow TikTok Shop's shipping and delivery terms.
