As towns and cities prepare for America's 250th birthday, Louie and Buddy visit Star Fort, a Revolutionary War battlefield in Ninety Six, S.C. In a strange series of events, Louie falls through the fort's abandoned tunnel and lands in Philadelphia in 1776, just days before the Declaration of Independence is announced.
