Old Testament History 4 is the fourth of a series of 5 commentaries of the Old Testament written by Harold Costley-White and J. M. Hardwich. The series was utilized by Charlotte Mason and her school of education to provide religious education to students in their daily Biboe reading assignments. One of the most otable characteristics was the sensitivity used by the authors to omit passages thought to be too mature for younger audiences. Advocates of Charlotte Mason's approach to education will appreciate having this set in their curriculum for study.
